Architectural Technology

As a CIAT Accredited Practice, our technologists specialise in the technology of architecture, focusing on the design of buildings for use and performance. As problem solvers, we deliver practical, buildable and cost effective solutions that make the design work for you.

Principal  Designers

We offer full support in managing projects during the pre-construction phase, providing Principal Designer Services in line with the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015.

With over 80 years of design and construction experience, we are competent and qualified to support the Client.

We collate and manage the flow of information from designers, provide an “CDM Pre-Construction Information” pack during the pre-construction phase and prepare the Health and Safety File at the end of the project.

Design Management

As Design Managers, we bridge the role between the design and the delivery of a project. Effectively, we perform a similar role to Project Managers but we work more closely with the design teams from the pre-construction phase all the way through to the completion.

Project Support

Our team assists in the co-ordination, planning and control of the design management process to ensure that the relevant design management methods, standards and processes are implemented throughout the entire design lifecycle.

We support the design phase of the project by providing a change management log, document control, design schedules, maintaining risk and issue logs, development and maintenance of design programmes, maintaining systems for recording design costs.
